The battery mounting bracket, especially on naturally aspirated engines, is often corroded by battery acid. The bracket itself is identical on turbocharged models, but it also has a mandatory heat shield attached to it. Our bracket can be used as is on naturally aspirated engines. The mounting holes for the additional heat shield on turbocharged models are present, just like on the original.
