Dupli-Color Plastic Primer is an adhesion promoter for paintable hard plastics, which enables permanent painting with Dupli-Color spray paints on such surfaces.
The surfaces should be sanded beforehand with 600 wet sandpaper and then thoroughly cleaned. Without such an adhesion promoter, spray paints on hard plastics do not last long!
