Chromed Swallow badge with blue plastic tail.

Now a part is available again, which has already been popular by the first owners of
the PV: The Bonnet Swallow.

It is a statue in the shape of a flying swallow, which is placed on top of the bonnet.
The high quality variant available from us is made of metal and has a mirror-finished
chrome plating.

You can choose from several versions:

Skandix 1022074 with red plastic tail
Skandix 1075898 with blue plastic tail

The swallows correspond to the old Volvo original accessory number 79299.

Probably this swallow is so popular with PV enthusiasts because it matches optically to the swallow
emblems which were factory-mounted to the sides of the bonnet at the PV444BS, CS, DS, ES HS and KS.
These are also available under Skandix part number 1022075 and correspond to
the original number 94442.

All swallow emblems can be fitted to all Volvo PV444, PV544, P445 Duett and P210 Duett.

Service instructions:

The Swallow is to be fixed with a screw. The hole must be drilled into the bonnet. Originally there is no gasket, we recommed to use a little bit liquid seal.
