In order to be able to offer an attractive alternative for the original part, which is not longer available, we have had the part manufactured true to the original.

Our item corresponds to the original Volvo number 1273621 with round steel jacket bushings, according to the standard version, which was installed from 1980. The rod also replaces the earlier version with waisted solid rubber bushings, so it also fits the earlier vehicles: Volvo 164 from 1975 and all Volvo 240/260 to 1979.

Used rods can not always be repaired with new bushes. When extruding the old bushes it happens that the eyes widen and the new bushes are no longer reliably fixed.
