What does "old part in advance" mean?
As there are no longer enough old parts of this spare part worldwide, we cannot access any stocks. Please send us the spare part you want to recondition after placing your order so that it can be overhauled. In contrast to exchange parts in stock, there are no deposits.

Service instructions:

ATTENTION:
1. If the sealing wax is damaged, no warranty claims will be accepted.
2. The transmission oil (80W90, GL4 or GL5) must be completely filled before use.
3. Please observe Volvo's installation instructions.


The pitman arm must be taken from the old steering rack. A strong puller is needed because the arm can be remarkably
stuck.

The fill of oil for a complete new fill is 250ml. At the correct fill level there is 1cm space between the oil and the filling opening. Use hypoid-oil, item no. 1015892.
