One single bearing half-shell for repairing individual bearings of the crankshaft. In the engine factory, the manufacturing tolerances of the crankshaft parts were compensated by the use of different bearing shells coded by colours. There is a stamped table on the engine block from which the coding can be read.
If available, we recommend using a complete crankshaft main bearing set. This is possible because if all bearings are replaced at the same time, the manufacturing tolerances are no longer relevant for engines that have already run.
