Since there are different suppliers; some pulleys that are pressed on, do not necessarily belong to the appropriate vehicle. They may needed to be replaced.

Pump is delivered without oil Reservoir, which normally can be overtaken from the old pump. In that case use a new seal (Skandix 1027940). If the old Reservoir is broken you can additionally order a new part (Skandix 1056709).

Service instructions:

There are special tools for removing and replacing the pulley.(1015331,1015332)
Under no circumstances should the pump be placed under a hydraulic press to remove the pulley. If this were to take place, the pulley would fall out of its housing!
