Service instructions:

Torque when installing the vibration damper:
(Replace all nuts )
The 4 screws to the timing belt:
Level 1: 20 Nm
Level 2: 90 ° turning angle

Center screw:
Level 1: 160 Nm
Level 2: 180 ° rotation angle (can be done in stages)

First, tighten the center screw, then the 4 connection screws!
The screws should not be lubricated!
Contact surfaces must be absolutely flat and clean!

The Washer (item 1036742) between the belt pulley and the timing belt gear must always be renewed!
