Saab 9000 with engine B202: For models with automatic belt tensioner (Not often used at german models).
Saab 900 II and 9-5 the middle guide pulley centered over the crankshaft-pulley.
According to Saab the 9-5 tensioner pulley has been deleted, the cars were changed to another belt course and a shorter belt. With the Saab 900II only a few vehicles have been changed.
