Shipping rates
Receiving your goods
Your delivery will be shipped from our central stock in Lutter, Germany. We ship on a daily basis with five different freight carriers to locations within Germany and Europe. Furthermore worldwide shipping will be arranged on an individual basis on demand.
Shipping facts
Delivery times
While the ordered items are available from stock and your order is placed before 15:00h it will be shipped on the same day. If the destination is within Germany you will receive your order within 2 workingdays, often within 1 day. Other shipping destinations within Europe are delivered within 2-3 days. Worldwide delivery will take about 1 week. Please ask our salesteam if you need a precise advice.
Express delivery
For urgent orders we offer express delivery. Within Germany you can also use overnight shipping. For shipping destinations in other countries please contact our sales team.
Shipping rates
For national delivery we offer a standard flat rate up to 31kg. A reduced rate is available for small goods with less than 5kg. Additional fees will be charged for bulky goods and express shipments for example. Please refer to the national rates table.
Shipping rates for international delivery within the European community as well as for selected countries worldwide are also listed in the given rates tables. International orders from countries that are not listed will be calculated on an individual basis.
In any case you will be informed in advance about the exact shipping costs before your order is processed.
Different delivery address
Your shipment can also be send to another delivery address. You can save further delivery addresses for regular use in your customer account.
Packaging
There are no additional costs for packaging.
Online Tracking
For your shipments with DPD and DHL we offer Online Tracking as an option. You will receive a link by e-mail as soon as the shipment has left our warehouse.
Complaints and Returns
Please contact our sales team in advance before you prepare goods for return.

Night Star Express Next day delivery within Germany. If your order is placed before 15:00h. You will need a depot that is registered by Night Star. Goods are delivered overnight directly to your depot. |

All listed shipping rates includes 19% VAT.
If you choose COD the carrier will bill an extra delivery charge from you when the parcel is delivered.
