additional info:

The spur gear for the crankshaft has a bevel on the inside for easier assembly. This must never be installed in a twisted manner, as otherwise the hub spacer sleeve (1022501) will dip into this chamfer and the crankshaft belt pulley will no longer fit. The original spur gear pullers cannot be used for the steel / aluminum spur gear set.

Service instructions:

Alloy gears needs to be installed at the camshaft by interference fitting. To install the camshaft gear correctly it must be heated in hot water (100°C) for 5 minutes.

- The supplied Flange and distance ring for the camshaft must always be mounted in pairs! Do not mix the supplied parts with old parts.

- The locking plate for the screws is discontinued, use chemical retaining compound.
