Repair kit connection piece fuel filter

Repair kits fuel line for the SAE connections on the fuel filter available for many Volvo petrol engines.
The push-on SAE connectors on the fuel filter have been available from Volvo since the 850 in many series with petrol engines. These actually very practical quick connectors have two disadvantages with increasing age: they become brittle like any other plastic and break when you try to pull them off. Furthermore, at some point they no longer seal and there is dripping at the plug connection.
The vehicle manufacturer never offered a repair solution for these couplings; the entire line always had to be replaced. On the one hand, this is quite expensive and on the other hand, many of the lines are no longer available.
That is why we have put together two repair kits, each of which can be used to quickly and easily repair one connection on the existing line.
The repair kit is significantly cheaper and more sustainable than replacing the original line. In addition, lines that are no longer available can of course also be repaired.
So that the next fuel filter change can be carried out carefree, the repair kits are now available in our shop under the numbers 1090571 (straight connection) and 1090572 (90° angled).
