Guide fork lifting rail for Volvo 140, 164 and 200

The plastic guide for the window regulator roller on the front side window is available again.
The guide, which is often called a "tuning fork" because of its shape, dampens the noise of the window regulator mechanism and reduces wear. If it is brittle due to age and frequent use, it tends to crumble and then crumbles all over the door floor.
This can be clearly heard in the creaking and cracking of the window regulator mechanism, and the roller, which then runs directly on the steel, does not like this very much either. It is then eventually a consequential damage. If the roller hooks out, the window regulator - also called a scissor lift - no longer works.
The vehicle manufacturer has not been able to supply the "tuning fork" since last year. Since the demand remains high due to the number of 140, 164 and 200 Volvos still in existence, we have ordered a reproduction in a timely manner.
Of course, we have installed and tested the guide fork. It fits perfectly, the plastic used is durable and stable. 2 of these guide forks are needed per door.
The front "tuning fork" is now available in our shop under the number 1074898.
For the window regulators of the rear windows we have matching guide forks under the item number 1039786 in our shop.
