New door hinges for all Volvo P1800

SKANDIX has reissued the door hinges for the Volvo P1800.
These are newly manufactured, completely pre-assembled hinges for the doors. They are made of galvanized steel and can be painted over in the colour of the car.
The advantage over repairing used parts is that all components are free of play. A new bolt is usually not free of play in used hinge halves. You avoid the work involved in repairing old hinges, such as the time-consuming removal of the hinge pin or derusting of the parts, what comes with the danger to damage the parts.
The new hinges therefore make repairs much easier than before.

Assembly note: Door hinges are mounted to the body before painting. Our hinges correspond to the original dimensions, so when renewing, please make sure that hardly any or better no filler, filler or paint is applied to the contact surfaces. If the material application is too strong here, there are problems to adjust the gap mass of the doors correctly.
