WEICON Repair Sticks bridge an adhesive gap of up to max. 15mm per work step. The specified pot life (4 minutes) refers to a material batch of 25g at room temperature. With larger quantities, curing is faster due to the typical heat of reaction of epoxy resins (exothermic reaction). Higher temperatures also shorten the pot life and curing time. (Rule of thumb: every +10°C increase above room temperature - leads to a reduction in the pot life and curing time by half). Temperatures below +16°C extend the pot and curing time considerably. From approx. +5°C there is no longer any reaction.

storage
When unopened, WEICON Repair Sticks can be kept for at least 18 months at a constant room temperature of approx. +20°C and stored in a dry place. Avoid sun exposure.
