The conductor tracks of the rear window heater printed on the rear window can be damaged by scratches - the heater does mot work any longer. With this repair kit you can reconnect the interrupted tracks by applying a conductive paint.
Please note that this repair is only possible for vehicles with the tracks printed on the surface of the window (this is the case for vehicles built before app. year 2000). In later vehicles, the tracks are not accessible because they are inside the glass. Simple test: Stroke your finger over the inside of the rear window, the conductor track clearly stands out from the glass.
