If you want to give the boot of your 244, 242 or 264 a particularly high-quality look, you should take a look at our new carpet set. The carpet set is handmade by a small southern German manufacturer from high-quality genuine wool felt. A pocket is sewn onto the spare wheel cover, which can hold the warning triangle or on-board tools, for example. The workmanship is excellent, robust and with great attention to detail.
Wool felt is a natural, particularly sustainable and robust material. It is virtually non-flammable and also completely biodegradable. It also has a sound-absorbing effect and naturally does not emit any softeners or other undesirable substances.
It can be cleaned with hand wash and shampoo in case of coarse soiling and is therefore not dependent on special cleaners or chemicals to look fresh again.
With proper treatment, this carpet set should last far longer than the original carpeting.
