Metal valve, true to original Volvo factory-installation at vehicles up to 1990. Fits for all models, even if the vehicles has already been converted to the plastic valve. Please see the installation manual.

Compared to the plastic type the metal style Skandix heater valve comes with the original wire sensor which is to be mounted onto of the heat exchanger. This way heat will be automatically turned down when the temperatures gets to hot!
