SKANDIX Volvo B18 / B20 carburettor engines - exhaust manifold with outlet for double-pipe flame tube.
In terms of wall thickness and casting quality, this cast manifold corresponds exactly to the original B20E injector exhaust manifold, which was also included in the original Volvo R-Sport kits for the carburettor engines. Due to manufacturing tolerances, the flange thickness can vary between 14-16mm. The surface is painted black heat-resistant. Due to the true-to-original quality, it is also suitable for high-quality restorations.
Exactly fitting replacement part for vehicles where intake manifold and exhaust manifold are separate parts, e.g. Volvo Amazon Sport.
Excellent alternative to the header for all tuning projects:
- Allows the conversion from single carburettor to SU two carburettor system or different Weber carburettors
Example of conversion from B20A (single carburetor) to B20B (two carburetors): Exhaust manifold 1071062 + intake manifold + 1055851 + camshaft "K" 1000126 + SU carburetor 1037833 + distributor 1019613 + throttle linkage 1049213 + additional sealing/assembly material.

Service instructions:
Note on installation: the manifold has a hole for a centering pin on the cylinder head side at the bottom in the middle, which is only present at injection cylinder heads. With carburetor cylinder heads, this hole in the manifold has no function and is partially covered by the gasket.
