Core Returns
We can only process your returned cores, if you send the completely filled form with the parts.
Exchange parts must be returned within 12 months of the invoice date. Beyond that time, core charges can no longer be refunded.
If attachments have to be removed from returned old parts, we will charge 65.00 EUR net per hour for the working time incurred. The return of removed add-on parts is exclusively subject to a charge. The work will be carried out professionally; we are not liable for any damage caused by ageing, corroded material or similar.
Please attend to the relevant points in the form.
Attention: Please always send cores sufficiently stamped because we do not take over the return costs. Insufficiently stamped parcels will be rejected. For any further questions please do not hesitate to contact our sales team.
