Payment options
COD - Cash on delivery
You can choose COD for shippings within Germany by DPD, DHL, GLS or DHL Express. The current COD-charges are listed next to every carrier on our Shipping options page. Please note that the carrier will bill an extra delivery charge from you when the parcel is delivered.
Credit card
We accept the following cards: American Express, Visa and Mastercard.
You can enter your credit card information online within the checkout process of our shop. Your data will be transmitted and processed by a secured connection.
PayPal
You may also choose PayPal for your direct online payment. Our Paypal account is: info@skandix.de.
Prepayment
You can transfer the invoice amount in advance to our bank account via bank transfer.
Currency and VAT
Invoices will be processed in Euro. All prices in our online-shop have 19% VAT included. If you are a registered workshop or reseller you will get access to our net price list as well.
Customers from within the European Community
Invoices will be processed in EUR with the german VAT of 19%. If you have a valid Value added tax identification number (VATIN) you will get a net invoice without VAT.
Customers from other countries
If you are located outside the European Community you will get a net invoice in EUR without VAT.
